We wanted to reassure everyone we do business with that, during these rapidly changing circumstances, we are constantly reviewing how we can maintain as much normality as possible. Our number one priority is safety – for our staff, our clients, our business partners and our consumer panel.
However, we have seen a rise in requests for online research and of course we can still undertake telephone research and telephone marketing and we will be as creative as ever to gather the insight you need.
For telephone marketing and business development, we believe that there are signs that people have a little more time to talk, to respond to online requests and are generally keen to offer up support to businesses which are trying to keep to ‘business as usual’ where possible. Thankfully, remote working has been a part of England Marketing’s approach from the start, so we are hoping to continue as normally as possible.
