Thanks for registering! An email will be sent automatically to you with a link to create your panellist profile. Please check your junk mail if you do not receive it, or get in touch with us on panel@englandmarketing.co.uk.

If you have views and opinions of UK farming that you want heard by those who are making decisions...and get compensated for your time, join our independent farmer panel.

We run online surveys, telephone interviews, focus groups and product trials on behalf of some of the biggest names in agriculture. Our farmers give their throughs on everything from biodiversity to carbon, finance to diversification. Some of our live projects are listed here.

Our panel manager, Ellie, will check you sound like you know your stuff and we will email you a link to complete your profile. Then you can start receiving opportunities.

Here's some reasons why farmers have joined...

"Farming is a vital industry but its importance is sometimes undervalued. Research will play an increasingly important role going forward as farmers try to become more sustainable, improve welfare and connect with consumers."

"Farming is important to me because it is an essential role in the economy and provide vital employment for people residing in rural areas."

"We are at a critical stage for food production with the loss of payments, new schemes and climate change, it's important farmers views are heard."

Why did we set up Five Bar Gate?

We have worked with thousands of farmers over the years, and the feedback we kept getting was that they wouldn't have known to take part in the research without the call or email from us.

One day we hope to be the go-to place for independent agricultural research and farmers like you are able to have a one-stop shop to get involved in industry research that you care about...and get paid for it.

What makes this panel different?

We really do care about fair representation in farmer research. England Marketing was established over 25 years ago on a family farm in Cambridgeshire. Many of our team have farming backgrounds and  we have gathered the opinions of over 10,000 farmers on hundreds of projects across the agricultural sector....you might say that we know our onions!

Who do we work for?

We work to make sure that British Farmers have a voice when it comes to decisions that affect them. We have worked with DEFRA, Bayer, NFFN, Natural England, NFU, The Environment Agency, British Growers, RSPCA Assured, Red Tractor, Basis and many more.
