Particip8 is an innovative tool for interactive response in focus groups to ensure they are more insightful and therefore more valuable. It can also be used in a conference environment to gather feedback from delegates. The system uses simple handheld keypads which wirelessly send responses to a console attached to a laptop. The main advantages of using Particip8 are:-

STANDpoint
STANDpoint is a new method of delivering questionnaires to respondents at the point of experience. It is now widely used by retailers and also for 24/7 responses at visitor attractions, leisure centres and council offices. It is cost effective and encourages high levels of respondents to participate.
It is versatile and uses robust IBM hardware which can be wall mounted, desktop or free standing.
Responses are made using the touch screen by breaking a laser beam so contact with the screen is minimized.
Questionnaires are designed using tailored software to create both closed and open ended questions. The software includes a response validation tool to ensure that all responses are legitimate.
Questions can be posed in a variety of languages.
Uploading and downloading can be remote and reporting can be online and compatible with industry standard packages.
