Jan - Managing Director

Since 1995 Jan has worked with a broad range of companies, gaining valuable insight into a variety of markets. Her particular passion is the food and agriculture sector as well as having an extensive knowledge of corporate responsibility and sustainability.
Beyond the business her love is for the countryside and she devotes much of her spare time to caring for her ever growing menagerie.
Jan has a flair for understanding complex research needs and is adept at developing practical marketing strategies based on research, as well as carrying out viability studies and customer perceptions projects; she also has a keen interest in business development through telephone marketing.

		Fiona - Operations Director Fiona joined England Marketing in 2005, to enable the company to expand and develop whilst maintaining the quality of services our clients have come to expect. Calm and collected, keeping all of us and her family organised and happy. She is responsible for co-ordinating the team, financial management and implementation of the growth strategy. She plays an active role in project managing and developing relationships with clients. Fiona is an excellent communicator with both the team and clients and can be relied upon to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Fiona comes from a purely commercial background, bringing strategic thinking and commercial awareness to the business. Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Biochemistry, IOB, AMRS

		Hilary - Senior Research Manager Hilary joined the team in 1999 and as well as natural leadership qualities Hilary has an enormous knowledge of appropriate and workable research strategies enabling projects to deliver effective, meaningful and usable insight for clients. Known for having a flair for elegance and style, Hilary brings a measured approach to all she does. She has significant experience and skill in the design of questionnaires coupled with the ability to write meaningful and in-depth reports and her attention to detail have played a significant role in England Marketing's record of client retention.
